What is the current lead time for custom orders?
Since each holster is handcrafted to your specific firearm and light configuration, our current lead time is approximately 2 to 4 weeks before shipping.
Do you offer a warranty on your holsters?
Yes, we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty. If your holster fails due to a manufacturing defect under normal use, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Can I return a custom-made holster?
Because custom holsters are built to your exact specifications, we do not typically accept returns. However, if there is a fitment issue, please contact us within 15 days so we can make it right.
Which materials do you use for your gear?
We use high-quality Kydex and Boltaron materials, paired with heavy-duty hardware and clips to ensure maximum durability and retention for everyday carry.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. We are looking into international shipping options for the near future.
How do I adjust the retention on my holster?
Most of our holsters feature adjustable retention screws located near the trigger guard. Use a standard Phillips head screwdriver to tighten or loosen the grip to your preference.
